2. What data I collect and how
I only process data that you provide yourself:
Contact form on this website: name, email address, company name, the content of your inquiry, and your consent choices.
Session booking (Calendly): name, email address, selected time slot, and your answers to the pre-session brief form.
Email correspondence: data contained in messages you send to me.
This website does not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your inquiry and handling contact — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: communicating with people who reach out to me), and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry leads towards a contract.
Delivering consultation sessions and advisory services — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Sending resources and updates — solely based on your voluntary consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it I will not be able to respond to your inquiry or deliver the service.
4. Who processes the data
I use trusted providers who process data on my behalf:
Framer B.V. (Netherlands, EU) — website hosting and contact form handling,
Hover — the mailbox receiving form submissions,
Calendly LLC (USA) — session booking; transfers outside the EEA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. How long data is kept
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement — up to [12] months from the end of correspondence,
Data related to service delivery — for the duration of the engagement plus statutory limitation and tax retention periods,
Data processed based on consent — until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl. If you are located elsewhere in the EU/EEA, you may contact your local supervisory authority.
